Cindy is also the Co-Founder & Managing Partner since 2015 of The Stables Motor Condos. Current Motor Condos Flex Units opened August 2024 Alpharetta and Buford 2024 in Georgia. In this role, she spearheads branding to stay top of the mind and product launch initiatives that enhances the awareness of this new commercial real estate development projects.
Her interior design and staging style reinvent luxury properties to help them sell faster and at higher prices. Accepting the role of Managing Partner at The Agency North Atlanta alongside her husband Jeff Beal, who serves as the Broker, Cindy has also established her non-profit organization, Angel Wings Foundation, and launched her design studio, Elevated Interiors Atlanta. Angel Wings Foundation operates as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to aiding those in need. Conveniently situated down the hallway from The Agency’s Brokerage in Alpharetta, Elevated Interiors Atlanta complements the real estate services provided by offering everything from home staging to innovative design solutions. Cindy has experienced national and international recognition via her roles on TV; has a successful career as CEO of her company Epic Lifestyle Events, and as Creator & Executive Producer of Image Rock Live Fashion Show and Taste of Speed Jetport Experience.

Cindy’s personal mission is to empower, encourage and enrich the lives of the people that she meets. She accomplishes this by using her personal Brand “Rodeo” to donate her time to the many charities that she has served such as Cure Childhood Cancer, Autism Speaks, Burt’s Big Adventure, Save the Horses Foundation and Camp Twin Lakes; and by her speaking engagements via the national campaign she created called “Imagine No Bullying Now”, where she speaks out against bullying in schools.
