REALTOR placed her Real Estate License with The Agency North Atlanta June 2022 to start her new journey with her husband Qualified Broker Jeff Beal now owner of a Global Business Partners with The Agency RE in commercial development, representing only the finest in residential & lifestyle properties. The Agency has a division of six that specialize in the Equestrian horse properties and Cindy “RODEO” is within those sixth specialist in the United States. With her previous as a Luxury Residential Agent at Compass of Atlanta 2021-2022 $30million in Team Sales. Her experience as an athlete and television personality, Cindy “Rodeo” understands these lifestyles and what it takes to facilitate the needs of the highest profile clientele. Her drive and determination keep her ahead of the game, never failing to bring an unmatched passion and energy to her work. She also has 12+ years experience in property management including property lease ups, auditing, and account and property rehabilitation.

Cindy is an Atlanta native, and who has seen the city’s amazing transformation firsthand. She has a passion for the city that she loves, focusing on the north metro Atlanta communities that fit every buyer’s personality, lifestyle and pace. Cindy is known for event marketing and branding ability to maximize resale value with her interior design background. Cindy carefully analyzes market data and trends to tie in all of her outstanding abilities to negotiate and market your home for the best deal possible for every client.

As an avid animal lover, she and her husband and have owned and raised several horses while living on a 45-acre horse farm in Milton. With this experience, Cindy has developed an appreciation for equine properties and the equestrian lifestyle, which has afforded her the knowledge to work with clients seeking to buy and sell unique and distinctive properties.

Cindy joined The Agency North Atlanta Global Partners with The Agency RE in 2022 after 20+ years in the Marketing Industry. Her marketing experience along with customer service expertise and attention to detail, as well as being an interior designer will be a valuable asset to her clients.

Cindy is married to Jeff Beal, they have a blended family with three boys. Now being empty nesters living in Jasper, GA, a suburb just north of Atlanta, with two cats and a dog, Harley, Sophia and Jäger. Cindy is heavily involved in humanitarian causes and uses her platform worldwide to raise awareness. She and her husband Co-Founders and host an annual charity fundraiser event, Ambassador for Children with Autism, often speaking out against childhood bullying. Another passion of hers is in the luxury lifestyle of the exotic auto industry, Taste of Speed Jetport Experience and glamorous Image Rock Live Fashion Show that’s an exquisite epic event’s. That has raised and donated over $100,000 to local Atlanta children’s charities since 2014.

When Cindy isn’t busy helping her clients with their real estate needs, she enjoys being creative with her Elevated Interiors Atlanta, decorating, and remodeling homes. As a mom of three, Cindy Rodeo knows how to multi-task, and is an incredible negotiator with a strong passion of serving others.
